Fukuoka Marathon 2026 will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2026.

Under the theme of  “Connecting People. Connecting Communities. Connecting to the Future,” we will be implementing various activities throughout the year to allow more people to experience the  Fukuoka Marathon.

Application for runners will start from Monday, April 20! The  guideline of application are scheduled to be posted on this website in mid-April.

■Number of entrants

1. Marathon (42.195 km) – 13,000 participants

2. Wheelchair Race (5.2 km) – 20 participants

3. Fun Run (5.2 km) – 2,000 participants

■Time limit

Marathon: 7 hours
Wheelchair Race: 30 minutes
Fun Run: 65 minutes

■Participation fee

1. Marathon: 30,000 yen (Overseas)
2. Wheelchair race : High school students and older: 3,300 yen; Junior high school students: 2,200 yen
3. Fun Run: High school students and older: 4,100 yen; Junior high school students: 2,200 yen

■Application Period

Monday, April 20, 10:00 a.m. – Wednesday, May 20, 8:00 p.m.(Japan Standard Time)
